How you pay

By invoice They invoice you their work as freelancers. Amounts exclude VAT. Either, depending on the person You adapt to each person. Say it in the description if your ranges differ between units.

This choice is yours: you are the employer or the client, and it carries your responsibility. Lightyshare does not arbitrate it, does not recommend one over the other, and never steps into the payment.
