Describe what you need, we review and spread the word, crew members answer. There is nothing else for you to do.
The project, the dates, the city, the role and its budget range. One role, or several. Five minutes, and your number verified by SMS.
Human review within 4 business hours. Once approved, your search goes to the professionals whose role and area match, closest first.
Every application lands in your inbox with the profile, the showreel, a message and a rate. Contact whoever you like directly, then close the search once you have found your person.
Dont des sociétés de production, agences de publicité, studios de télévision...
A community, not a contact file. That is what changes when a directory is made of members who have something to lose by working badly.
The professionals in the directory are Lightyshare members. Their identity is checked at sign-up, not simply declared.
Many already rent their gear here. They arrive with a rental history and the reviews that come with it, visible on their profile.
Camera, lighting, sound: many come equipped. What they bring is written on their profile, you do not have to ask.
What you pay the person you hire goes to them in full. Lightyshare takes nothing on the service: the contract and the payment are handled between you.
Every role carries a range and the payment mode, freelance or payroll. Candidates know what they are applying to, you get fewer off-target replies.
Only the city and the area of the shoot are shown. The exact address, the hours and the rest are exchanged once contact is made.
