L'objectif est en dans un excellent état, il dispose d'une très bonne stabilisation, ce qui le rend parfait pour les photos de sport, cependant il n'est pas conseiller de shooter avec lors de prise en faible éclairage dû à son ouverture à F4. Il reste tout à fait polyvalent en toute circonstance.
