Il s’agit bien d’un combo moniteur/enregistreur capable d’enregistrer un signal 4K 30p 12 bits en RAW Cinema DNG ou un signal 4K 60p 10 bits en ProRes ou en DNxHR. En 2K, l’enregistrement peut grimper jusqu’à 240 images par seconde en RAW. Comme toujours, cet enregistrement se fait sur les disques SSD Atomos de 2,5 pouces. La nouveauté majeure demeure sa taille : quasiment le triple des Atomos de la gamme Inferno. Combiner enregistrement et monitoring est assez inédit pour un moniteur de cette taille et pourrait s'avérer un pari astucieux.
